Lived an out of touch rich sheltered life and has pretty much been a business failure as an adult. It was his dad that was the real clever man and established such an empire even the Idiot his son is he has not been able to completely destroy it.

You are right, I think he has various mental health and health issues and like everything else all put under the rug.
