Muslims ordered to leave the United States.

Quote
Urgent news from Abu Dawood, one of the newly appointed commanders of the al Qaeda forces in Afghanistan:

Final preparations have been made for the American Hiroshima, a major attack on the U. S.

Muslims living in the United States should leave the country without further warning.

There is always an attack these days, the amount that they say they will do and have not since 9/11 is quite high
Partly due to the fact that since 9/11 and the Uk train bombmings they have been really doing a good job stoping attempts before they even get started, like the current on going Uk one all the things they have found it was shaping up to be a big attack.
The rest is just hype, days after 9.11 they were saying that it would be  a month of hell, nothing happened.

"Refuse to grow old: take this and live forever"
"Master of diplomacy online!"
"North East Intelligence Network is a vital anti-terror website"
"New World Order? Learn about Bible Prophecy NOW!"

I judge the quality of a source by the sketchiness of the advertisers, so by the looks of it, we have no reason to be worried.

For Usenet posts, you can always tell the crazies if an answer that usually needs 3-4 lines, is instead 100 lines of crazy babbling and indented quotation. On our Butcher Holler NG we call em all "Borgie" instead of their given name, as theyve obviously "assimilated".

The whole point is give that to a team like Bush has and they could certainly run with it. Really it doesnt matter if the threat is a real one, its whether they can sufficiently push it as one.

if everyone thought like me, we would just shut down the media, because terrorists like media attention, so if we ban the media we would effectivly cut the terrorists line of communication to the world.

On one hand, 40% of Americans believe that Saddam attacked us on 9/11, on the other, the GOP has played the fear card waaaay too many times. Theyve chicken littled themselves out, and polling proves it.

Whats going to keep the Corruptliscums in office is the sudden drop in gasoline price from $3.50/Gallon to $1.25/Gallon. This is already well under way, and the glut is being created by having a summer shortage caused by a mysterious "corroded north shore pipeline" that had to be shut down, but no magically works. Combine that with the futures that were bought in early spring plus a few other magical "discoveries", and tada! Cheap gas, and the American people will forget most anything.

Dont forget that Cheney and * are in full collusion with the energy giants. The invasion of Iraq was partly to satisfy the Neocon agenda of a regional military base and to control oil supply, but also to pre-empt the removal of sanctions after Saddam moved to the Euro. Had Iraqs refining infrastructure gotten back up to full chug with European investors, and using the Euro, it would have struck a huge blow to the US Economy. Also, with a bunch of Europeans running around in a reopened Iraq, there was no way that they could have started an invasion.

Anyway, its all about fear and politics. Real attacks are usually thwarted quietly by the CIA, not splashed across the page of some sketchy website.
