LOS ANGELES — Screaming and crying, Paris Hilton was escorted out of a courtroom and back to jail Friday after a judge ruled that she must serve out her entire 45-day sentence behind bars rather than in her Hollywood Hills home.

Lovely Justice Its was pathetic 3 days, its not like she is being sent to iraq...... like a child it needs to be punished hard, so it remembers NOT to do it again! cruel to be kind.....  judge judy would have none of it!

The prison people should get in trouble, basically a spoil brat locked up crying non stop screaming her head off in a Jail and a very expensive layer being an ass should not mean you let her off lightly.

tis a complete farce - she gets out on medical grounds because shes got a sh*t hot expensive legal team then she gets chucked back in pretty much as a direct result of the courts bowing to media pressure.

youve got to wonder how much this whole farce is costing the state of California in terms of the number of man hours various officials and public prosecutors have had to spend over sorting this mess out.

deport the whole hilton family to mexico tbh.. and distribute the assets amongst their employees and domestic staff - what a complete waste of oxygen they really are
