Not being funny but you might want to remove the whole telephone line. Im no where near as good at sleuthing peoples details, but just searching the area code tells me where this person lives, and knowing their name Im sure thats one step away from turning up on their doorstep looking for that £22k or something.

Having had my website hacked recently Im a bit anal about security now hehe...
