Degrees and courses

I have the chance to do a course of my choice and my company I work for will probably pay for half the cost, which is nice.

I want to do a computing course.

A local college can do a foundation degree, 2 years £700 a year for a part time 2 times a week course.
This would teach me lots of stuff, and give me a foundation degree.

Or theres a start off of a Cisco CCNA course for 1 year thats cheaper:

Or I could try a distance learning degree like this one:

Or I could try a part time degree, like this one, which I do think would make the most sense tbh
http://northumbria.ac.uk/?view=CourseDetail&code=DUPCOM1

I definately dont want to leave work as I like it to much.

I work in IT support and I like all aspects of computing, Voip is quite challenging for me and Id like to go into Voip and networking a lot more. Although I do like programming and would like to learn a lot more of it than what I learnt several years ago in my Btec National Diploma in software development

What do you guys think?

How much are those?
Do they do distance learning?
Do you suggest any Unis for distance learning degrees? Preferably near Santa Cruz or New York as we have clients out there.

I pay $10k a semester.
But I will earn the same as I would in London with US standard of living costs.
