I should be free to grace these posts and not see racist or derogatory comments toward peoples faith.  I am also tired of reading your bullsh*t threads which just make me think you are a council estate chav!  You always seem to be so bitter towards someone or other!  Why can you not just chill out and accept you have health problems and make the best out of the situation.  I apologise to everyone else for calling you a twat earlier, but to be honest, you just got my back up.  I thought you would have just kept your gob shut after your last outburst which to be honest spoke mountains about the sort of person you are!

I am happy that people want to discuss religion and do not find any other comments derogatory ... but you started it with your stupid opening post!

Apologies to everyone ... RANT OVER!

EDIT: stop editing your posts!

I do not have a problem with your opinion as long as you refrain from being racist and derogatory.  It does not and should not bother me that you are an Athiest, but it does if you offend me.

Privateer, go rant on another forum exactly like you have been doing recently. Please, maybe then you will see that it isnt "us" doing it. Its you.

Tone this bollocks down man, take a chill pill, sit back, relax and just enjoy the melodies... just stop this whining, moaning, violent tirade against life. Its tiresome.

the entire thread. The title even "lets argue" its like you have nothing better to do. Youve a dog, and two kids, go play with them or do something... get out, even if you are confined to a wheelchair, go for a roll, and just wander around. Grab an ice cream and meet up with folk.

Wheres your local ataxia support group? why arent you going to just a local disability support group? make friends and get on with life.

if you cant read up on Ataxia, Im hardly in a position to say how it affects me, you will never understand, To help you, I have Ataxia SC1, Ataxia is like skin cancer, SC1 is Breast cancer, with no treatments.

Getting people to understand, is impossible, but thats all I want is understanding not sympathy
and I used to go to a group, even group members, say no one seems to understand.

Edit.

The group based in Portsmouth, had a meal with the Mayor, even she admitted, shes clueless about Ataxia.

Edit 2.

My Sister founded a Ataxia group, the Unicorn group, she gave it up, shes to Ill now.

Im Christian and I do not consider his comments religionist, they cannot be held to be racist as they apply to religion and not race! Hes asking the age old question,- why me? and the answer, as always, is who else?

If there is a god his suffering from Ataxia gives him a good right to ask if he wants to. Is God afraid of a few questions?

His problem with writing stem from his Ataxia, any good christian would read it and think about what hes really saying rather than just jump to a wrong conclusion.

He cant get out easily, he now cant drive anywhere and they dont supply him with reasonable transport for his needs so hes stuck. Phone, internet and TV do not make a life. Effectively hes right royally ****ed and I aint kidding.

He lives in a special flat - thus has access in and out, if he didnt... he would not be allowed to live there.

He has a wheelchair I assume if he is unable to walk.

The local support groups for any illness always have ambulatory transport on call if you require lifts to activities, or events.

You speak as if I am foreign to disability, but christ... Ive probably had more experience with a more varied number of different disabilities than you can dream of.

Get off of the net, get from the tv, stop eating pizza and crap, and GO OUT! Get outside, walk, get bloody healthy, meet friends for coffee, the council has to provide accessible transport, and any bus service has to cater for disabled people, so hes not trapped, he just likes to wallow in self pity.

You have opportunities before you to change your life, so go ahead and do it.

You should really do some research before posting advice  :whoops:
Its a disease where you are affectively paralysed.
Its not physically sufferers are incapable of doing things, its mentally they cant do things.
