How come you're selling it?

I wish I hadn't lost/sold most of my early hardware. I'm far from the hoarding type but these old machines, the software, the games, etc were really of their time and emulation doesn't quite cut it for trying to keep those childhood memories alive. I am thankful that GOG and communities are patching older games to allow them to run on modern Windows/hardware, but there's something to be said for still having one of these quiet old machines running DOS/Windows 9x.

Well, I need the cash and have a few more stored ( part of my pension plan :) ) but they take a lot of space so I have been selling for a while, 30-pin and 72-pin SIMMS, various old cards, cpu:s, keyboards (sold an IBM model M ) hardcards etc.

Look at that sexy UI (And legit mean it).
Sometimes missing making apps looking like that and not having to worry about browser variations and the million UX interface animations, effects and usage variations!

Simpler times! This is why I do backend dev now instead of the "colouring in", I'm past the point of caring to keep up with frontend changes and frameworks
