Title: Stupid ebay

I just got an Item not received case open against me for something someone bought on the 31st March. I havent sent it though, because the guy hasnt actually paid he has just marked as paid.

WTF how can ebay let someone open a not received case when they havnt paid?!

It doesnt even give me the option to say he hasnt paid, just enter tracking number, sent without tracking number or refund.

why havent you filed a non paying bidder report?
