lol, heard of this a while ago, it was exchanged for a year in arizona last I heard. Kudos to the guy, wonder if he carries it on to see if he can get maybe a jumbo jet! :)

Hes clever.
but a slight drawback the house is in a Sh!it place,
1000 people population I heard and below freezing most of the year.

but hes still clever.

He could turn the house in to a Hunting or Ski timeshare thingy for the holiday season and make a tidy income from that.

agreed, for a single paperclip it could be an igloo at the north pole and itd still be a good deal.

For at least 6 months out of the year, that part of the world is absolutely beautiful, if my mental map is right, its big sky prairie country nestled up to the rocky mountains.

Id gladly live there May-October. :thumbup:

There is also the time hes worked on the deals, he could have been doing something else.
