Not a newcastle fan but he did a great job in Italia 1990. First world cup I can remember as a kid.

Not a Geordie either but have a lot of respect for a guy who was clearly still in love with football to the very end of his life.

Passing of a Legend :(

A Geordie, but not one who loves football as a spectator sport.

Although as one fan said, next best thing to Jesus. He will be missed.

RIP Bobby.

Like Sam Italia 90 was the first world cup I remember watching, in a tent, in Angelsey, on a black and white TV running off a car battery! Good times!

Career, Wife, Mortgage... my sig was better when it listed guitars and PC's and stuff!
