Pop stars or Porn stars

Basically to get to number 1, girls/Girl bands wear nothing, or skimpy clothes with sexual intentions, my kids watch all the pop channels when they stay here, so basically my kids are subjected to about, 4 days a month of soft porn, now wonder the worlds mad if we think my kids of 10 should watch that,

also a lot of songs have very strong swearing in it, I guess this old fart is moaning.

Generations attitudes and cultures change. Unfortunately the only way forward is to understand it yourself and keep them on the straight and narrow.

On the upside you get to watch soft porn 4 days a month.

I know what youre saying tho, its definitely bad for kids, ppl should shut up about healthy dinners and start moaning about role models and drugs n stuff. I see some 10yr old girls by the shop the other day trying to score some cider  :shock:

in fact my TV used to get hijacked, but now everything is on You Tube, so they log in to MSN and listen to crappy music.

A favorite for my kids is
Destination Unknown
A bunch of girls in G strings and really short skirts, blowing trumpets, clearly no musical talent, just using the way they look to proceed, but I believe if it was presented differently, the same results could be achieved.

Its not just you tbh.  Im kind of suprised how far the line has crossed.  I dont really watch that sort of music in day to day life (more rock orientated) and have no prob with the short skirts, small tops etc tbh as its just like a night out on the town.

However, every day at the gym Im kind of amazed at some of the songs.  Considering youre surrounded by people in no clothes with good bodies working out and moving yet the videos on the tv are more explicit.
