Just wanted to make all of you aware that Tekheads.co.uk now have a facebook and a Twitter page:

Two things Id like to mention about this:

1) Please consider registering as a fan, which will not only help us at Tekheads raise our market presence, but will also allow you to keep up to date with our most exciting new products and offers, which display in your facebook news feed and twitter page.

2) We have now put a facebook like button on every product page on Tekheads. As I am sure you all know, liking our products will put them onto facebook search results (crucial for our internet presence). It also allows you to provide technical knowledge, to show your mates what you are buying and to provide links on your profile page that your clients/customers could benefit from. So please use this tool as often as you can! You dont even need to keep the like link on your profile - it is all about the number of hits as far as we are concerned!

If we can get the number of fans on our facebook page to increase above 50 by September, I will ensure we promote tekforums via facebook and twitter at least once every month or so, bringing some new faces onto the forum.

Anything you would like to recommend or any comments regarding the use of social network sites for business, I am open to suggestions and I shall be keeping an eye on this thread..
