Youre just looking for sympathy and/or a massage, admit it.

Oh and you need to do warm up and cool down exercises before working out! Stretch for atleast 5 mins!

As much as moving from side to side can be classed as "exercise". Anyone that gets a wii fit for anything other then larks (believing it to be proper exercise) should get out more.

Buy some trainers, put down the fork and just go for a run. Its not THAT hard. If you have a problem with the outside and think people are pointing at you.... HTFU and f**k em :D

Did you bother warming up?

If you havent excersised in a while and just go steamrollering in youre very likely to pull muscles and such.

And as Tongy says, wii fit sucks balls  :gag:

Im all bruised from my dancing and love every minute of it (the dancing)... plus the toning and the definition is really starting to show now in the arms and the core/abs area. But yes they are right a warm up and a cool down is vital for quicker muscle recovery!!!

Is that suposed to A balaned diet eating or starving yourself.  The latter I would agree with.

I thought having breakfast in the morning making a difference was utter rubbish.   Its not.

Warm up for at least 10 minutes and some basic streches, minimum.

Main thing Im going on about is yo-yo dieting, but also.

http://www.tekforum.co.uk/posts/list/14148.page

Section is right at the end of the programme linked in the first post, basically says that if you are 10% below what your body thinks you should weigh but you eat a maintenance amount of food your body will act like you are starving it.
