Yes, theres a powertoy for win XP that lets you take a picture every x- minutes and save to a network location (like an ftp site)

Or install reloadevery if on Firefox, will automatically update a page for you.

There are similar ones for IE too ;)

the softwares a bit sh*t so  everytime i make a config change i have to reupload an automatically generated page. which has no meta tag in, so i have to add that manually.

Sometimes i forget, sometimes i just cba meh

i keep meaning to write my own software tbh, but effort...
