Raining outside so I thought Id mess around indoors, and having upgraded from my Fuji S5600 to a Nikon D40 .. lots of experimental shots on route. If these are too big, please say and I will post smaller ones in future (not sure what the rules are).

I love the knife shot, every time I see the results of someone playing with this sort of thing I think "I must try that". I never have got round to it so far though.

Really impressed with the knife shot! Nice work man!
Some more playing with depth of field and focus on the leaves would have made it even nicer but still a good pic :)

What makes the knife shot all the more special is being able to see the grain of the metal alongside the wonderful focus on the water. Awesome shot.
