nice shot, a nats more depth of field would have made it even better but nonetheless, very good.

If hes using a dSLR depth of field is a bastard on those cameras, and what he has is quite a lot there :)

What lens you using?

its a cannon ixus i compact lol pile of crap the full res pic is VERY noisy as it was low ish light

lol explains the hooge DOF ya got there :)

as for very noisy, get hold of neatimage and clean it up.

You really need aperature priority and a tripod to do that sort of photo justice TBH. A good light source helps too :)

Overall a good try at a difficult thing to acomplish well

thought it was pretty good as i was outside in the dark with only a strip light above me and the camera flash, also i was holding both the clutch and the camera lol

hardly ideal but i think it came out pretty well

I think it came out very well Binary, especially considering circumstances and equipment available.

yeah same here, for a compact... thats a good photo! :)
