It is really funny here because its gearing up for summer it is not dark till like 8:30+ so my boss for example had his kids go bed in the day but one through a big tantrum just because they got to be up mega late to be able to see anything. ^^
Strange having it in this season end, Mind you least your not got 10 layers on.

I didnt make it to Clapham but went to Blackheath, pretty indifferent about my results. Some lessons learnt for next time tho.

I like the 2nd one down with the 2 figures stood there watching. Prefer it to the first one as it seems a little better exposed and the people are less motion blurred.

Could have maybe tried using a flash with shots like the top ones.

Looks like some of those are dying for HDR processing :D

Were they done in Raw?

Dont you need to take 3 different shots for that without the subject & camera moving?

Yep but you can take the 3 exposures from the raw file, in fact you can even pull that from JPG.

2nd Pic FTW, great shot Id be really pleased with that!

So thatd be kinda pseudo hdr?? Im guessing it wouldnt beat taking 3 sep exposures, as Id have thought the upper and lower exposure ranges in a raw would be more limited before you start to get grainyness/loss of detail etc?

A lot of HDR is just done using a single raw, like instances where the subject is moving, to be honest on raw you can get quite a lot from it.

surely anything you can do by HDRing multiple developments of one RAW, you can also do using curves in your RAW editor?
