nice shot, black pets are hard to expose right. I never got it right with my dearly departed black cat. Looks like you got it pretty good though.

Gorgeous dog, but underexposed by at least 2 stops. You can tweak the levels, but theres not enough information in the file to give good results.

Its a dog! Labs are big, contain lots of expensive equipment and people in white coats.  :P        :nana:

Viewing it on my laptop it looked maybe a tad underexposed but I think the backlight compensated for it :)

I agree.. may try and tweak the levels on the original one. Hopefully should improve it a little bit at least.

Its a Black Lab crossed with a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. :)

Its more than a tad underexposed, just look at the eye area, the white of the eye is dark grey. No biggie, just what happens with your average camera, even the spendy ones.

You can open it up with an editor, but the detail gets funky:

He has the original though which may be better to edit.

If you took it in raw format and have access to aperture or similar its but a click away :)
