I made some videos on my camera, the one I want to put online is a 90MB .avi, obviously not too handy. I know that codecs are used to make videos smaller (and then youtube or google video will help with the hosting) but thats just about as much as I know.
What are good (easy) programs I can use to shrink the videos? no fancy effects, just make them easier to upload.
