Zenfolio and Smugmug are pretty much made for this kind of thing. Premium photo hosting, with built in print options so you can upload photos, design the site using their wizard stuff, and then set printing options and pricing. Everything from standard photo prints on different papers, to canvas prints, as well as the gimmicky prints on things like keyrings, mugs and t-shirts. I used Zenfolio for a year, it was really quite good, the pricing is very transparent in terms of being able to see how much a print will cost and being able to set your profit margin (EG they say it's £1 to print this canvas, and so you can sell at cost, or say £1.50 etc for 50p profit).
Only issue is that they aren't cheap. They have a basic plan which doesn't cost much, but to really get anything half decent you need the mid-price plans which are around £100 a year, or that's what they were when I did it.
I ended up going back to flickr as £100 is too much to spend, if you rarely sell anything! I think though that your photos are good enough that if you marketed and advertised properly you wouldn't have much trouble turning a profit after the year!
Definitely keep the trademark on the image protect your ip just remove it for printed copies.
Not sure if any websites cater for that.
Be sure to post up a link if you get something sorted.
