People moan about people from the EU taking jobs, but what people will find when many have to leave (which will end up being the case regardless of any deals) is that there will actually be job gaps as well. It will all fall over.

People voted and didn't know what they were voting for. A vote just appeared and people thought "Anti government, lets vote the other option". No one made it clear what it would mean, I do not think the experts even fully reviewed at the time what it would mean.

They should just scrap the whole thing and focus on building back up the country. The UK Gov seems fully focused on this alone.

Don't know how you guys run petrol cars, I'm devastated if my mpg goes below 50 on my cars and I've never really felt like I need more power and i like to make good progress. (1.9tdi skoda octavia and 2.0 tdci ford s max)
i do like it when people aren't afraid to keep older cars on the road though, kudos

Flat earthers(), anti-vaxers( :dunno:), religious people(), republicans ( :gag:)..... They all go together. Nut jobs, all of them. It is indeed scary times.  :panic:

Add Brexiteers to that list. Most haven't got a clue as to the implications or of leaving under WTO rules.

Basically they are prepared to see UK manufacturing die, a huge amount of our financial services move out and we get contested by every nation with a grudge against us. We also get sued by Japan and other countries that have businesses with manufacturing here.

There are reasons why the government is terrified  :panic: :nana: :panic: :nana: :panic: :nana: Yet it includes loons like Boris Johnson who think the backstop is negotiable. Not if you understand why it is there.

[edit] Also add climate change deniers...

How about that thread where we found we could all change our nicknames and pretend to be other members?

Good times! :D

I remember upsetting a few people by using Sam's login at his NYE party and doing stuff to other people's accounts. Did I ban IceKay maybe? Stuff like that, can't remember the details.

That doesn't ring any bells to be honest.

Was that the same time you found all his porn on his computer too?

Just looking at cases.. I'm thinking of spending a little extra here and get something that can handle future upgrades and looks good..

I was thinking MATX, but TBH I don't need the small size and and I think it will give me more options then..

I was thinking this, as they also have easy water cooling upgrades and great cable management, but open to options..

So the Ryzen 3000 series chips should be out sometime in the next 3 months, so it's probably worth waiting to see what pricing these come out with and then see what happens with the GPUs at the same time.. it would be nice to have a system before then, but probably more sensible to wait for the extra benefit..

General Discussion / Re: Sold Ebay account
« Last post by Bacon on March 14, 2019, 13:40:42 PM »
I can tell you it is not worth the hassle or the money, I was persuaded to sell my account after i said no about 3 times.

The aftermath, within months of selling it the buyer got into bad standing and Ebay still link the accounts even though it was sold legally as a business and all the details were changed.

They used this as excuse to drop my selling limits to £500, this lasted for about a year of me emailing every month to complain, eventually they lifted it and after half a dozen times of me telling them its not me, i sold the account and someone else is in bad standing.

It all felt a bit like they were pissed off i had made money off the back of them. I wouldnt recommend it.

Luckily for me as i Trade for other people i just set each of them up with an account/s. I don't sell on my own account anymore its not worth the hassle, and i live and breathe Ebay ask any of my friends! :p

The way Ebay has been going the last 10 years is down, down and further down.
