my sisters husband is banned from driving in france... they caught him doing 180mph in her DB9....

Id happily pay a relative fine in cirtain circumstances such as on the motorway, over the three strikes and youre out policy.

Residential zones during daylight hours should carry the existing penalties still though, theres no excuses for speeding in areas where kids can be playing. IMHO.

I was going to say that, I thought it was americans only who mixed up sweden and switzerland
