The driver "I breaked and swirved to avoid another car"
Erm, what car? none where anywhere near you chap, I wonder what you were doing, hmm.
I do not know how practical or small you can get but at some point all bikers should have something like this as standard because I know a lot of them get labled for being too fast or blamed for their own accidents when in fact it cars and trucks etc who fail to notice them or do harm to them.
This sort of thing would be golden to the biker for insurance and court.
This one shows the driver was being an idiot probably reading a book or something and looking up and underestimating his speed and difference and panicked, you could see him speed up and slow and speed up.
Driver just seems to brake heavily for no reason. I think Ive seen it before.
You can only go so far in safety, a position and speed recorder would be good too. The trouble is putting everything you would like on a bike ends up expensive.
Even better lets just ban cars! No more problem of drivers hitting bikers!
Almost all the smoke is coming from his back wheels. Anyone think he pulled the handbrake? Either way the rear ones lock up and thats what starts the problem.

I thought he was doing a hand brake turn the twat!
You can get these:
http://www2.oregonscientific.com/shop/product.asp?cid=6&scid=14&pid=709But youd have to keep putting a blank memory card in but they are only £70 I think.
I saw a car do that on the m3 and go into the middle barrier. My poor mini got showered in broken glass and bits of metal.
If a car does just stop working, a mechanical failure. Like if your brakes failed, and you had to use the handbrake to slow the car but you had to turn, did a hand brake turn and suddenly turned into another car... how would insurance companies work that out.
