Youve set the tension screws nice and loose havent ya? For routine riding theres no reason to have them tight. However, I do have my singlespeeds spds tighter than snot for fierce standing climbs. It takes some muscle to get out.

Only fallen once in spds, and that was when I was training as a messenger and we went on a 20 insanity ride of follow the leader in downtown Chicago, including the hidden underground bits. Very embarassing. Stop...thud.
