Title: Damp day, more bad changes 0-100 12 secs
Post by: Mark on July 11, 2007, 23:31:24 PM
This is the first slow one for comparison for when I get the ECU in and mapped. I had to lower the boost back to 1.1 bar as Im getting mad overfuelling causing power loss and plenty of backfiring.

I reckon Ill have an 11 odd second 0-100mph car when mapped at 1.2 bar - that will do me nicely until I get the other engine built to go in her (Decided to buy another engine to build so i dont have to take mine off the road - Ill start another thread with the work on that - thats the 500bhp project)

Start here could be improved, and as you can hear there is a lot of wheelspin in first.

So anyway, 12 seconds 0-100 aint half bad for a sh*t start and slow changes (Clutch is shafted - changing to a paddle clutch tomorrow)

Watch this space for a sub 12 seconder this weekend :)
