shame they didnt think they needed to uprate the brakes after swaping a 1.6efi engine to a 2.0 turbo tho :?

Probably thought there would be a load of Rover enthusiasts that could do that for them ;)
Shame they couldnt make their book top speed either, and the n/a BX16V was faster in autocar tests...
