To check their tyre pressures regularly

oops  :whoops:

cars been feeling a bit dodgy recently and now in know why  :whoops:

Mark

lots of people forget about the most important part of the suspension

Cypher

I tend to check it whenever Im cleaning the car inside out, or any longer than usual trip is coming up.

I found it low as 27psi once, 4 psi off.

Binary Shadow

4 psi, mine were closer to 20psi off lol

Pete

I did mine the other week for the first time since I got the car.

20psi all round. I put em up to 28 - still gotta find out what the correct pressure is..
I know sh*ts bad right now with all that starving bullsh*t and the dust storms and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings.

VW gets 34 all around on GY Eagles. Nice and fiiiirm. :D

Pete

Apparently I guesseed right, 26-28, with most ppl going for around 28 for the 15" tyres.

32PSI on 174/60 R14s for me.

Found one time all 4 were down to 28PSI which was strange to say the least.

I once was waiting for this guy to finish at the air pump in the garage and he did finish and he had taken a long time to fill one tyre up with air, he only did one tyre.

Anyway I drive up and he had it set on 52PSI !! It was a Cavalier with normal tyres and wheels. Crazyness.

madmax

your lots not far off what i need to run, 32 - 36 and 36 - 42

will have to check em this weekend (and try and sort my front brakes out   )

All tyres wrong pressure = your air pressure guage is shafted.
