Heh my first post in this horrible area of the forums
I have started doing 10miles a day on a bicycle (to get to work and back) which is forcing me to get abit fitter & save some money... Its killing me at the moment but should quickly get easier
Basicly I think the next step is going to be poping to the gym after work for a couple hours and was wondering what peoples recommendations would be for a good workout routine? Main goals are to shed some of the weight (my main fat stores being beer belly, moobs, handles) and get my fitness up in the next 4 months before leaving Sydney.
I will hopefully be spending alot of time doing some enduro riding on motorbike starting from end of July / Mid Aug which I need to get my endurance up for, it was exsausting when i was fitter nevermind now.
