Just start prying it off with a screwdriver and the lightning flowing
through you should melt the adhesive off nicely.

Theres a Jeep down the street that has the obvious glue residue from one of these on the back lid  with a new rainbow pride sticker on the other side. I wonder if both are from the same owner.
