Motorbikes are FAR more exciting to watch than F1 could ever be.

touring cars are ok, but they arent half as fast as the bikes :D

Cant bear to watch bike track racing - Im just back from watching a road race that hasnt been held on the present track in about 90 years, literally going through my parents garden.

Road racing is so much better - you get RIGHT up to the action, and its FREE.

At the north west 200 this year, we camped in the paddock as my brother is a mechanic. We ate in the same canteens, shared same facilities as all the riders like Rutter, McGuinness etc - and you get an opportunity to speak to them, and get drunk with them. Cant be beaten imo

On race day you get up to watch the nikes get worked on in the (open) pit garages which are basically massive tents, get a jumbo breakfast roll in the queue behing Michael Rutter, get your shower and go and watch the bikes get scrutineered. Then you can lay right beside the track all day and get full :)

Man I feel sorry for you guys - no road racing - I have like 15 a year within 30 minutes of me :) Including the fastest circuit in the UK - speeds over 200mph on the straights, and youre sitting RIGHT beside the track.

The bike fans on here should take a trip over next year tbpfh, and camp in the pits. Its open to anyone
