I have an Orange P7 bike. Is this a good bike ?
Also can I upgrade this to have suspension or do I need to buy a new bike.

Orange P7 is a good bike, but depending on how old it is limits the suspension choices.
The best thing to do, is to take a picture and email it to orange themselves and ask them what travel would suit that bike.
Or post it on here and we can tell you.  Dont buy whatever fork is cheapest though, they may have too much travel, lack of brake bosses or a bolt through axle.
