My windscreen cracked today, its about 5" long in a "smile" shape.

Whats best to do? its a company car & I am supposed to be somwhere at 9am tomorrow.. if its ok & leave it I can be where I have to be, if its not, then I can phone the office...

just to point out, the office opens at 9 & I have to be where im going at 9 as well

itll probably grow but as the screen is laminated i doubt it "fail" properly, id risk it

Maybe someone mobile will come out early tomorrow? This must be a common problem.  Is it horribly obcuring your vision? If its not far to the office maybe its worth considering the trip anyway.

just going to let the office decide. Why risk it & ending up being forced to pay for a new windscreen when the crack could have been repaired

they cant repair cracks, only stone chips.

take it for a spin, is it growing? if not drive there and get autoglass out while youre there.
