Steering = reversing around a corner, I didnt read the road correctly and ended up following the contours of the kerb instead of just going wide and swinging around.

Gears = Came up to a roundabout and forgot Id just put it into first, realised it was clear and put my foot down to go... 7,000 rpm 10mph.

Speed = Country lane... missed the first National Speed limit sign, asked the examiner to confirm the speedlimit and he refused around corner I saw the second sign and sped up to compensate. No cars held up just didnt realise the speed was now 60mph out of a 20mph zone.
