As far as Ive been able to work it out, they have to report their wereabouts for 1 hour every day, which compared to a lot of the other regimes is very lenient.

Apparently you can use phone/fax/text/net to get the details required in - how many places can you go and train as a full-time athlete and not have access to at least one of those these days?!
