Went to the Surrey Scoobs meet today for the first time at Newlands Corner. Was great fun and what a noise when they all roared off in convoy !

There are a couple of other Forester owners in the club, one with a Forester Sti, but mine was the only one there today..
Very friendly bunch, although most of them slightly younger than me it must be said !

Whats the club scene like for your motors - do you go along to meets ?

Yes monthly and pretty damn good, friendly and theres loads of us, had over 20 cars in the car park once.. was packed in the pub lol

Yep got quite a following for the C2, not really been at any meets this academic year cos I havent had my car at Uni but our annual camping trip is on Bank Holiday weekend, weve got a stand at French Car Show on the 28th at /bruntingthorpe, should be good fun.

Looks like about every car park does here on a saturday - this place seems to have a disproportionate number of imprezas, lancers, and oddly ferraris and porkers - Goblin could back me up on that. I even saw a couple of lambos at the north west 200 last week

go to the Seat Kent meet every month now, loads round the country though. Last time there was about 25 cars. mainly Leon Cupras.

Well higher profile tyres then!

I just really do not look like 4x4s and cars with a high ground clerance to have low profile tyres and big rims with a big gap.

Why dont you get hydralics? ;)

I just did this as Im bored and a little down so I need to take my mine off my worries...
