Worlds apart.. the E46 to me feels quite dated, early 90's or earlier like the old 94 calibra I used to have inside lol. That didnt really bother me but this is just awesome!

It sounds amazing.. that alone makes me want it.. combined that with a much better gearbox (SMG2 in the E46 and DCT in this one) and the torque and power.. its just.. well.. tbh its too much if anything lol

I have already been checking autotrader to see if i could stretch to an earlier example... going to call no joy on that though as its a lot.. £25-30k.. spec'd a new one at £62,250! I'll have to put up with the E46 lol

To think that just a few days ago I was at BMW World in Munich and saw one of these in the flesh... I bet its pretty stunning to drive even compared to the old one.

I know it ain't an M3 but I got given a 120d MSport when the Police crashed into my Mk3 golf, awesome fun.

Boooo its gone back
