Did my 3rd half marathon today.

Got a new PB of 1:51:20, my previous was 2:03:57, so pretty much smashed my PB.

Im very happy now and looking forward to the Geneva half marathon on the 10th May, fingers crossed I can get a PB again.

Taking part in my first triatlon this weekend.  400m swim, 18km cycle, 5km run.  Odd distances, not quite an official spec, but hey.  All good practice for London on the 1st August

Geneva thats a cool place to go and run. Thats the bad thing about living in the states, its far too warm to run most of the time.

Yeah, it was pretty cool.  Cant speak much French other than Bonjour and Merci, but to hell with that.  I was offered to go to Geneva for a weekend and do the 1/2 marathon.  The flight was £44 return and accommodation was free.  What a place to stay for free...... http://www.rosey.ch/en/htmlVieRoseenne/campusRosey.html

Nope, although I might make a comment about the only gay in the village. Also remember the police cameras will undoubtedly catch you doing a runner sometime.
