At least the rear lights survived as they are off a Forester STi and not so easy to replace..

Oh well, one of those things I guess but seems to be a lot of it about at the moment !

Any rear shunt is always their fault, Id imagine they have to cough up.

I cant see as there will be much to contest, I was stationary and the guy drove into me...

If you know that stretch of the M25 at that time of day youll know there wouldnt have been much speed involved

..although now you mention it my neck does seem to be stiffening up !

Guy admitted it was his fault but tbh its just the hassle factor of getting it sorted..

one of my guys just "touched" a car with a van when he had to avoide some idiot walking out infront of him... no damage to the van... only damage to the car was a broken rear light... he didn;t hit it from behind, he just scraped past it.....

he rings me, i drive over, see the damage, offer to pay for it to be fixed to save all the paperwork.... guy is adiment it has to go through the insurance company, bla bla bla.....

the f***er is putting in a whiplash clame !

and its going to coust me a couple of thousand in lost no-claims !    b*****d
