Mark, thats very impressive.  Last time I tried bench pressing I struggled to do 10 reps at only 78kg :(  I used to be able to do almost 10 reps at 100kg.

Having starting playing football I practically stopped going to the gym to do weights as I wanted to do other things, not just exercise every evening.  Then what with my screwing my ankle up in my first start and my gym membership expiring Ive not done any exercise for a month now......

Well, youve just inspired me to fork out the money to renew my gym membership and start training again before all these "christmas" chocolates make me baloon out of shape.

What supplements do you take?  Creatine? Nitric Oxide?  L-Glutamine?  Co-Enzyme Q10? Anything else?

Well done again! 150kg is incredible.

Mark

Ta muchly!

The only thing I take is creatine, and tuna !!

Any good at doing pianos? :D

Salmon, herring or sardines are ar least equally good in supplying protein but they also help to keep your heart healthy due to the oils they contain.

Al fourl of them can absorb heavy metals and other pollutants from the environment but the sardines are lowest down the food chain.

Im frikken shattered just getting back from the gym now and Im still on machine level weights.  The machines Im using in the noobie area dont even go that high lol.

Very impressive - gratz.  Your shoulders must be huge after a set.

I was just working it out/thinking about it

You can lift 150kg with your arms.

I can lift 175kg in 3 sets of 6 - 8 reps with my legs.

And that kills me. I do it last so I only have to do ab crunches after it as my legs dont want to move after that.

150kg... is fudging insane to get your head around. lol.
