Lexus IS250?

After driving my Soarer round, I think Im now one of those "Ill only buy one brand of car for the rest of my life as I have no imagination" types.  Its unbelievably quiet and smooth, and mines 14 years old and Pov specced.  The new ones must be amazing.  I can have the stereo ear bleedingly loud, and you wont hear it outside the car.  Just the same as you dont hear the engine, road, wind or boy racer trance music.

Win!

Weve also got a Honda Accord, and thats also very good.

you completely  right about lexus quality.

I test drove an LS400 a couple of weeks ago and have only just got over the bad neck the 4.0l engine gave me and you could redline it with your foot to the floor and you still couldnt hear any noise or feel any vibration.

desperate for one now! just cant get the insurance low enough.

A Lexus would be lovely but, like the BMW & Audi, utside the budget at the minute.

Definitely need to confirm that (New - Minus Scrappage) < 12 Month Old Low Miler IMO - still not convinced thatll be true for a lot motors - in which case nothing to gain from buying new other than a bigger depreciation kicking.

Its also the little things about buying the new car - three year warranty (on the Mazda), three years RAC, years road tax, very low APR on the loan over five years, at least an extra year before having to MOT it, the joy of "new car smell".
