Some of you may recognise it...
I knew that range rover would be useful!
I just couldnt stay away! lol
Damn, another one of those brain-towing trailer disconnects again
at least this one came pre crashed!
nice fmic. do my eyes deceive me or do I see DRUMS at the rear?
they decieve you, its not used for months discs all round, its not pre crashed the bumper was removed to clear the ramps :P
the last owner spent £15k under the bonnet before i got her so its all good
Looks nice for an old calibra,
And looks like discs on the back to me
look pretty good actually still a cav at the end of the day tho.
true.. difference being this one is running full time 4x4 and should develop 400bhp after a remap

good stuff, love the fmic. will it take all that reliably?
when your running this sort of thing reliability is all relative...
so thats a no lol it was built to do it.. never been tested as it was never mapped for it (owner got bored and moved onto a 6.0 V8 )
so it could get real expensive real fast, it should be fine.. but its not an everyday car thats for sure
I think you should chuck an engine in that trailer & drive that TBH
that trailer was a POS, dodgy electrics and naff brakes.. not be renting that again unless its a dire emergency

and a tyre that looks a little flat !
well it did have 1700kg of car on it
that landy doth looketh quite smart. :)
I assume it was better secured than in those photos. Looks nice, try and keep this one in one piece!
Jaimz

he spent £15,000 under the bonnet.... but then got bored before a remap ?
id be very cautious about that remap :o

Im not all that concerned, i have a folder full of reciepts 100s of photos of the work being done and the guy is a good mate of mine.
How could you spend 15k on it anyway? It takes about 6 (Or less if you do work yourself - I just bought a turbo that boosts to 2 bar for under 1k) to get an MR2 to 500hp+ - you can get a ready made Mi16 engine with about 500hp that will go to about 700 (For about 20 minutes) for 5500 + VAT.
A brand new chevvy 5.7V8 would be the way to go - brand new in the crate for about 1/5 of that
it all adds up, theres a ton of custom stuff and a rebuilt engine with loads of work and new bits in
the exhaust alone cost £1700
