Shame its still a while off and no sporty version in site. My sister needed a car and couldnt wait so went for a 2nd hand Cooper S (2004 facelift model with the tighter gear ratios and 170bhp - quite a bit o fun!)

No sporty version?  Theres the abarth @ 138bhp and the abarth ss coming in @ 160-180bhp

Coming over here I think in Feb they said although they have the import one from the test drive available as the competition prize this week

And they said it could be one of their cars of the years and has a 5 star crash rating as well for a small car that is impressive
Do think it will give the mini a good run for its money
