youd never be able to make it a fair test cos the car would stil have a small amount of one fuel when you put in the other, and the extra wear on the components from a dyno run. couldnt use a different car either that would be unfair. no way of accurately testing it tbh.

Theyd just ask what qualifications you had and what control measures you would take.

Then theyd ask what use it would be for them to post stats from an unknown testing house.

If you are which? or one of the main testing houses then theyd probably consider it.  As an individual your word carries no weight.  They could simply give you £10 and ask you to say you did the tests and theirs was best.  In short they wouldnt do it.
