So has anyone gone?  Are you planning to go?  What did you think of it in comparisson to the previous NEC based shows? Piccies?

Ive been quite looking forward to it for the last few months, but I have decided in the last few days that I cant be arsed to travel down to the Docklands.  I either pay stupid money on the train, a 2 hour trip.  Or I spend Ã,£18 to stuck in a coach for 3 hours.  No thanks.  Mayeb next time around.

It should have stayed at the NEC tbh, not just becuase Its almost next door to me.  It really is an easy place to get to from almost anywhere and a good facility.

Instead Im saving my money & Im pis***g of to Skegness again for 10 days.  

I went spontaneously on Friday as it was something to do and only 30 mins on the car, parking wasnt too extortionate at Ã,£5, and Ã,£10 to get in wasnt too bad I thought, but once inside I found there wasnt a whole heap of stuff to do/look at without splashing out more cash. I was done in just over two hours and came away feeling quite disappointed. Not a patch on the last NEC show I went to in 2004 iirc. Better venue by far.

Im toying with the idea of going up in a suit with my Bentley name badge this saturday.  Apparently if you work on one of the stalls (and they wont know any better) you get invited in to all the posh enclosures and can sit in all the supercars you want

Decided against it in the end, as I was going with mates and didnt want to look like a pillock all day  Still, I knew one of the guys on the Bentley stand so its all good.  

Highlight of the day for us was the Kia stand.  6 of us trying to squeeze in every car they had, plus some of the Kia birds werent bad too
