Agreed - this is ludicrous. They havent actually been charged or convicted of anything, yet someone says something somewhere (what other Spanish riders are in the tour?) and we have the cycling Guantanamo. I have a feeling this might be a dull TdF anyhow :/ I was looking forwards to the Boonen/Petacchi battles though.

I tell you whatll happen next - Jean Marie le Blank will ban any rider not born in France ;)
