If those TVRs are where I think they are then its a specialist breakers out in The Fylde.  They used to have shedloads of the damned things all racked up.

The ones that make me cry are the Miura and DB5.

I suspect the Veyron is someone away on a business trip and the car is just parked awaiting return.
It's all fun and games until a 200' robot dinosaur shows up and trashes Neo-Tokyo... Again.
