Supposedly the richest sport in the world and its still in crappy 625-line (or digital equivalent).
Even the 9-day Tour de Suisse (a pretty minor event) is in HD on Eurosport.
Why, Mr Ecclestone? You have control over the TV rights, you get $illions from it. Even just the Brit GP on BBC HD would be an improvement.

Well you still get a lot of EU football matches or when a UK team goes abroad for the champions league and you have nice black lines down the left and right hand sides of your screen.
Some US stuff still is not even widescreen yet..
