This is probably going to be the most hyped game leading up to Christmas.  It is a striking game with a distinctive art direction and it has a Mofoing chainsawa strapped to your gun!

Cover is essential in this game, you can just run head long into the enemy and expect to wipe them out.  You will not last long, at all.  Also, the game supports Co-op mode over Xbox Live as well as normal multiplayer modes that you would expect from a game like this.

Snap, I really like the look of this game, and well thats something coming from me as Ive never had a console before and generally dont like them ... because of the cost.  And thats whats putting me off too, I aint got an xbox360, and yeah the prices arent bad at the mo compared to what they where, but I cant justify paying the what Ã,£250-300 or whatever.

Maybe after christmas I might treat myself.  Unless anyone else knows of upcoming price cuts of the console?

dont think the price will go down, not with the wii being a lower market and ps3 being no price competiton when it eventually comes out.

There are some great bundles out there at the moment.  Argos have a pretty impressive bundle.

So Ive seen, but Ive heard its all 3rd party stuff and not too good, hence the cheapness of it.  Still Ill just keep my eye out, course am tempted with a Wii too like, but that could just be the novelty of it of course lol

I had a flick through my new PC Zone and its possible that Gears of War might be coming to the PC, that puts me off buying an Xbox360 for a while. Saying that saw a video for Armoured Core 4 on gametrailers.com that looked interesting.

Im not a big fan of the 3rd Person shooter, I played GRAW in 1st Person

That said, this game is definatley on my *to own* list
