Anyone noticed the RAM prices have gone up considerably?

Mainly performance DDR2 RAM have shot up, for example 2GB DDRII-800 PC2-6400 use to be like Ã,£160-Ã,£190 and now its like Ã,£210-Ã,£250.

Wonder when these prices will go down?
No doubt the C2D has increased demand and high demand of D9 Micron chips.
