Title: 6600GT cooling
Post by: Beaker on December 07, 2006, 19:56:03 PM
Just bought a 6600Gt from White Giant with a fancy Zalman HSF on it.  However i come to install it and the PCI slots on my motherboard are in the way of the fancy heatsink.  Does anyone have any suggestions that i could use to sort this?

Yes, Killllll Whhiiiittteee Gggiiiiaannnntttt :D

Perhaps a PCI slot cooler might help with a decent passive heatsink.

its in the a SFF PC with no fan in the PSU, so i pretty much have to have an active cooler.  All the 6600GT Coolers i can find are either the same as the one ive got, or the are for the PCI-E version only.  Anyone got an AGP they have upgraded the cooler on, or even have the retail sinks.  There are 2 by the look of things.
